Privacy Policy

Who we are. This policy explains how KRAFTIGS Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 650 985 121) handles personal information. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect. Your name, organisation, email address, phone number and anything you tell us in an enquiry. When you visit the website we may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.

How we collect it. Through our contact form, by email and phone, at meetings, and through website analytics.

Why we use it. To reply to enquiries, assess potential partners and projects, meet our legal obligations, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who we share it with. Our professional advisers, IT and hosting providers, and, where an enquiry concerns a project, our joint venture partners and service providers. Some of these are outside Australia, including in Singapore, the United Arab Emirates and other countries where our projects are located. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect your information. Messages sent through our contact form are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. and delivered to our email inbox hosted by Google; these providers may store or process information in the United States and other countries.

Storage and security. Information is stored on secure systems with access limited to staff who need it. We delete information we no longer need.

Analytics and cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how the website is used. It does not use cookies and collects only aggregated visit data that does not identify you. Our Contact page embeds a Google Map, which may set Google cookies when the map loads. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.

Access and correction. You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

Complaints. Contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.

Changes. We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
